Aegis offers several modes of shipping:

Flat Rates

For convenience, we offer flat rate shipping through the United States Postal Service. All parcels receive a tracking number, which you will receive at time of shipment.

  • Standard: USPS First Class Mail is normally $2.99 for orders under $59. From time to time we may run promotions. Once processed, shipping typically takes between three and seven business days, depending on the location you have chosen. This level of service is complimentary for orders above $59.
  • Express: USPS Express is available for purchase, at $9 per order. With this option, shipping is a quick two to three business days to most US destinations.

Premium Shipping (UPS)

Additionally, we may offer shipping options via UPS. These are "calculated" rates that are dependent on the final shipping address.

Order Processing

We strive to ship all orders as soon as is possible, and often ship items the same the day the order is received, on business days Monday to Friday.

While we do our best to avoid and prevent delays from occurring, they do happen from time to time. 94% of our orders ship the same or next business day, with over 99% within three business days.

Shipping Time

Once orders are shipped, transit times are best verified with the carrier of your choice. We provide estimates of shipping time, but cannot guarantee the accuracy of those times due to the unpredictable nature of weather and other disruptions to service.

Chong Cha X Aegis Collection

Masks purchased from the Chong Cha collection are handmade as ordered, and thus may take some additional time. In the case of combined orders, the Chong Cha Masks ship separately, and arrive between 5 and 15 business day after the order is placed.

Preorder Items

In order to reduce packaging waste, we ship orders that contain preordered items when all items are available. This may sometimes result in a delay of 2-3 weeks. If an item is preordered, this information will be listed on the product page, as will the date the items become available.

We are in constant contact with our postal partners, doing our best to ensure each package arrives safe and sound.

If your order has not yet arrived after two weeks, please reach out to us and we will use the avenues available to us to find a resolution, including sending replacement product if necessary. Thank you for your understanding.
